You don’t have to worry about choosing the wrong size or receiving a product that doesn’t meet your expectations in any way. Thanks to our store’s integration with InPost’s low‑cost return service, you can shop without stress or fear that returning an item will be a hassle.
Under applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled through a simple return wizard, which allows you to send your return package via any InPost Parcel Locker.

In our store, you don’t have to worry about choosing the wrong size or receiving a product that doesn’t meet your expectations. Thanks to our integration with low‑cost InPost Parcel Locker returns, you can shop without stress or concerns.

Print the form – Generate the return documents along with the address labels, then print them.
Send the package – Place the packed item together with the return form in a box and seal it securely.
Refund – You will receive your refund within up to 14 days from the moment we receive your return.

Details of the return process:

Log in to your account and select the item you wish to return in the returns panel;
In the next steps, choose the return option by clicking “I will use the store’s shipping service” and select how you would like to receive your refund;
Generate the return documents along with the address labels, print them, and make sure to sign the return form;
Place the packed item together with the signed return form into a shipping box and seal it well. You may reuse the box in which your order was delivered. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker and send the package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the parcel must not exceed 41 × 38 × 64 cm or 25 kg;
We will issue your refund—using the method you selected in the return wizard—within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In practice, it usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide proof of shipment.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising your statutory right to withdraw from the contract and does not limit that right in any way.

Purchase a shipping code
Go to the Smile.pl returns page and fill in your details. The store’s address will be completed automatically. Pay for the code that allows you to send the parcel.
Send the parcel via an InPost Parcel Locker
Write the received code on the return package and send it from any InPost Parcel Locker. Your refund will be processed in accordance with the store’s terms and conditions.
